Polling Stations Inaccessible to Wheelchair Users

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 31 (2) OF THE REFERENDUM ACT 1994 AS INSERTED BY SECTION 3(1) (b) OF THE ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1996.

As Returning Officer for the Constituency of Carlow /Kilkenny I hereby give notice that the following Polling Stations in County Kilkenny are inaccessible to wheelchair users:

  1. Castlecomer Convent Primary School
  2. Castlewarren Hall
  3. St. Canices Boys Club
  4. Templeorum National School
  5. Slieverue National School
